- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I received a package from you guys with my TV in it. I shipped it a month back and opened it today and it is damaged. You guys charged me $60 for packaging and told me that you'll bubble wrap it but when I opened the box it was not packed at all. It was like how I grave it to you. It was just put in a bigger box and neither bubble wrapped nor any protection to it. I'm very sad with your services. The girl on the desk told me that the TV will be wrapped properly and will bubble wrapped with complete protection. So you guys charged me extra $60 for another cardboard box? As there was nothing in it. You packed the original box in the bigger cardboard box and changed me for that?By Karan Singh, January 01, 2017
